Peter is a world-known thought leader in the Circular Economy sphere. He was Co-Director of the £30M UKRI national Circular Economy Research Hub and is overseeing the creation of a National CE Data Observatory. Centre for Circular Economy Peter is Co-Director of the Exeter Centre for Circular Economy with a team of 15 academic colleagues to develop the theory and practice of circular economy. Since 2013 he has led a Global MasterClass ‘Implementing the Circular Economy; for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, with over 3000 professionals from multiple sectors completing the course. He has led multiple Circular Economy research programmes in the field of building and construction, plastics, vehicles, consumer electronics, batteries, flood risk management and integrated resource management in the water sector.
