All-in-one: mitigation of N2O, CH4 and NMVOC emissions
Description
The biosolids and bioresources sector is increasingly looking for ways to mitigate N2O, CH4 and NMVOC emissions.
The RTO, regenerative thermal oxidation, is a system that can reduce all these pollutants. It is a very effective and reliable piece of equipment and is used for many years in a very large variety of industrial sectors to meet emission limits as required under the Industrial Emission Directive.
The regenerator, which is at the heart of the RTO, provides unparalleled thermal efficiency and therefore reduces the operating cost. Several different heating systems are available, including biogas or electrical heating, which reduce the CO2 footprint further. The RTO can be easily scaled and designed to meet specific requirements on site.
In our presentation we will explain technology and process in detail and provide real life information from relevant references. This will demonstrate the unique value that the RTO provides and showcases the significant contribution to reducing climate-relevant emissions.
